This is 250 acres, and it has no restrictions. It has several roads and miles of views and would be a good hunting tract. Lots of mountain stone if you wanted to sell that. There is an old home site with foundation and chimney still standing, see map. Best to park at the log deck and walk or take a 4-wheeler from there. It is a secluded area with just a few homes on small farms. There is a road sign on Leonard Smart and looks like it goes to a house but continues on from there.
